Gabriella Crespi - Part 1
Very few individuals make a lasting impression during their lifetime. Gabriella Crespi is one of those people. She's an italian designer who quit her career at the height of her fame (during the 1980s) to pursue spiritual interests. This is Gabriella as pictured in the 1970s in Vogue Italia.
Some of her designs were custom made for the glitterati including Princess Grace of Monaco and the Shah of Iran. As you would expect her pieces are highly sought after now. To me bronze and gold seem very now.

About Spots and Stripes
I'm Amber, a serial renovator and decorator. When I began my third renovation, I swapped the corporate ladder for the rusty paint ladder and began my website and blog, Spots and Stripes. I hope you'll join me as I renovate and decorate my home in Brisbane, a Queenslander circa 1900, with restyled vintage furniture and a dash of glamour. PS. My on-line shop also sells restyled vintage furniture.
