The Rock
Remember that Rock that Richard gave Liz? The one that used to be known as the Krupp diamond and was listed with a price guide of $2.5-$3.5 million at the Christies Auction in New York? Well, it sold at auction today and Santa was seriously outbid. It was bought by an Asian buyer for a whopping $8.8million. How could you wear a ring worth that much? Maybe it just sits in a vault. Who knows? Well, at least we know that Hillary Clinton was right when she said that it's the Pacific Century.
About Spots and Stripes
When I began my third renovation, I swapped the corporate ladder for the rusty paint ladder and began my website and blog, Spots and Stripes, which chronicles the restoration of our 'Queenslander' in Brisbane. I'm also an interior editor helping clients to create a home which is not modern, nor traditional, rather it's interesting. For a home that is unlike any other, I can assist with the selection of lights, tiles, mirrors, wallpaper, paint, furniture and fabric.
Magazine Features

What a rock! I'd like to think I could wear it if given a chance but that's a few nice houses on your finger!! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment.
I like houses more than diamonds too.
